The nights before the service
Please don't feel you have to fill this all in. Answer whatever you happen to know and leave the rest blank. Somebody else may know the parts you don't.
Put your name in first and it saves to the cloud as you go, filed under your name. Come back on any phone or computer, type the same name, and everything you wrote will be waiting.
When you're ready, press Send. You can send more than once — send what you have now and add the rest another day.
This emails your answers straight to Courtney.
If something changes — the nights, the times, where she is lying — come back to the same link, change it and send again. It is better to hear it twice than not at all.
